There are no license restrictions on the number of developers who may use ExpressUI, nor the number of hosts where an ExpressUI application may be deployed.

However, you must purchase a separate license for each application to be developed using ExpressUI.

A distribution license is required if you plan to distribute the application to third parties or offer it as for-pay software service. A distribution license is not required for using the application internally within your organization or providing free access to the public.
