MMA Striking Made Easy will teach you about striking techniques in MMA and how to use them properly.
It consists of 4 parts:

1. STANCE, FOOTWORK AND BOXING BASICS

This section is all about the foundations that need to be built in order for you to become a good striker. I'll show you the differences between the boxing stance, Muay Thai stance, and an MMA stance. You will learn the proper footwork so you can be light on your feet and harder to hit.
We will also cover basic boxing techniques.

2. KICKS
In this section, I will show you how to use kicks and knees effectively so you can damage your opponent from distance.

3. CRAZY MONKEY DEFENSE
CMD or Crazy Monkey Defense is a system of striking developed by a world-renowned martial arts instructor - Rodney King. While I'm not an official CMD instructor, I will show you a part of it since I've learned it in one of Rodney's seminars, trained it over the years, and added it to my own because I think it's good.

4. DEFENSE
This section is not just about defense but also how to attack effectively after you defend a strike coming your way.

5. MISCELLANEOUS
In this section, I will show you how you should approach striking sparring, 3 important striking principles, how to fight off the jab, how to strike while going backward, elbow strikes, "hit the dummy" drill that I just love to do, and more.
