Get extended support from the RepreZen team for your API projects.
This package is licensed to an organization, providing up to 25 hours of expert consulting and hands-on technical support from the RepreZen core technology team.
These hours can be used by anyone in the organization for up to one year from the date of purchase, covering any issues beyond standard product support, including:
- Professional API design consultation
- Assistance with API implementation
- Troubleshooting open source API generators, tools and libraries
- Help with custom code generators or documentation formats
- Custom build scripts or automated build system integration
- Mutually agreed features or improvements to RepreZen products
How it Works
- Users can open support tickets using RepreZen's standard support channel.
- If a support request falls outside of standard support coverage, RepreZen Support will ask for authorization to charge time against the extended support balance. You can optionally restrict authorization to designated approvers within your organization.
- On authorization, we'll perform the requested work.
- At the end of the calendar month, RepreZen will send a statement showing support activity, time used (in 15-minute increments), and support time remaining. We will only send statements in months where we provided extended support.
