Where can I find licenses for previous product versions?

What is the difference between annual and perpetual license keys?

Annual License Keys are valid for one year and expire afterwards. Perpetual License Keys, however, have an indefinite term. Both models offer 12 months Update and Support Services, with the exception of ThinPrint Desktop Engine.

Can I use annual and perpetual license keys simultaneously in my environment?

No, simultaneous use of both types of license methods is not possible due to technical reasons.

Questions about ordering and payment

Do I have to register to purchase from the ThinPrint Online Shop?

Registration is not necessary in order to purchase ThinPrint products.

What payment options are available?

Credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard or American Express as well as payments through PayPal are accepted.

The ordering process was successfully completed a while ago, but I did not receive an order confirmation by e-mail. What should I do now?

If you cannot find an order confirmation from mailer@fastspring.com in your e-mail inbox, despite a longer waiting time, please check your junk mail folder as well. In case the e-mail is in there, please add FastSpring to your list of trusted contacts. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us by e-mail: order@cortado.com

When will I receive the license key for purchased products?

Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the relevant license keys.

Questions about activation and administration of your licenses

Where can I view, manage and activate my license keys?

The Cortado Enterprise Portal serves as control center for your License management. You are able to view and activate licenses, place support requests, run software downloads and more. Everything related to your licenses can be controlled and managed there.

How do I get access to the Cortado Enterprise Portal?

Usually you will receive your credentials for the Cortado Enterprise Portal within 24 hours (on working days) after payment has been successfully confirmed. Please note that we need a personalized, company-related e-mail address (e.g. yourname@yourcompany.com). Group accounts like “admin”, “IT” or “info@” and accounts from free e-mail providers such as Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo or similar are prohibited due to data protection reasons.

How do I activate my licenses?

In order to activate your licenses, please log in to the Cortado Enterprise Portal. You will get an overview of all your ThinPrint licenses on the home page. Select all licenses you want to activate and use the option “Request activation for selected license(s)”. Your activation request will be sent to the Cortado Team, which then sends you an e-mail with the activation keys.

How long does it take to activate my license?

Usually you will receive your activation key(s) on the day of your activation request, but no later than 24 hours (on working days).

Can I use my purchased licenses without activation?

Yes. Your licenses are available without activation for the first 30 days upon initial entry into the License Manager of the software. Therefore, immediate activation after the purchase is not required. To avoid the risk of any downtime after these 30 days, we recommend not to fully exhaust this period.

Is my license fully functional even without activation?

Yes. You can use your software within the first 30 days even without an active license. Thus there are no restrictions if you, for example, plan to purchase your licenses on a weekend or during holidays, on which no license activation is available, and to implement them in your productive environment.

Does the time of activation affect the validity of the Update and Support Services?

The date of the license activation does not affect the expiration date of acquired update and support services. This depends solely on the date of purchase of the licenses.

Can I extend the service-duration of my license(s) in the Online Shop?

This is not possible in the Online Shop itself. Please use the individual extension request via the Cortado Enterprise Portal.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 30 days. This process is completely free of charge. However, please note that only transactions for non-activated items can be reimbursed. A refund for already activated product keys is not possible.
