The Front Split and Spine Stretching System is created to help you increase the flexibility in the hamstrings and to facilitate the training for Front Split. With the combination of stretching exercises for the Spine, it will help you achieve the normal flexibility in the Spine, preventing injuries caused by stiffness of the spinal muscles. The exercises are put in order, and each one of them prepares your muscles for the next one.
The DVD begins with 12 Sun Salutation, a warm up routine which prepares your muscles for the stretching system. The demonstrations show you how to get into the proper position, each timed for 60 seconds. The system is very easy to follow.
