The LabVIEW EtherCAT Library is an EtherCAT Master solution for LabVIEW including a realtime driver for Windows systems. The Light version includes the folowing:

Each PC needs a run-time license for execution. A license is bound to one PC. All Software updates within a major version are free of charge.
