AGENT++ Annual Support Agreement


The email support package includes Email support for all AGENTPP products (AGENT++, AgenPro, AgentX++, MIB Designer, and MIB Explorer). Support is provided for

  • Fixing an unlimited number of bugs reported through the support period.
  • Up to 6 incidents (questions) about usage and understanding of the above listed products and their features.
  • Guaranteed response time is less than 48h on German business days. Typically support incidents will be answered within 24h.
