SNMP4J Annual Support Agreement


The email support package includes E-Mail support for all SNMP4J software packages (SNMP4J, SNMP4J-Agent, SNMP4J-AgentX, and SNMP4J-AgentJMX). Support is provided for

  • Fixing an unlimited number of bugs reported through the Support period.
  • Up to 6 incidents (questions) about usage and understanding of the above listed products and their features.
  • Guaranteed response time is less than 48h on German business days. Typically support incidents will be answered within 24h.
