The purpose of this document is to show you a few simple steps for implementing the Wilcoxon signed-rank (one-sample and two-sample), and ranksum tests using Excel. The proposed solution is based on a user-friendly Excel macro program called Wilcoxon.xlsm, which is attached to the PDF file associated with this document, requires no installation at all and does all the work for you. It is provided in the form of a stand-alone Excel workbook that you may use to input your data, perform your analysis, and save your results independently of the current configuration of MS Office. The only requirement is to have MS Office installed under the Mac Operating System.
