This 14 ft. square tiny house features a 4 ft. deck that wraps around three sides of the main structure, which expands the building footprint to 18 ft. by 22 ft.

The foundation consists of twenty pressure-treated wood posts, some of which support both the floor and the roof. The exterior walls are built using 2x6 fir studs that allow for R-21 fiberglass insulation.
