The perfect body is inside you and inside me, inside everybody. It is potential. It is in existence that the perfect body, which is inside of you in the psyche, is made more and more perfect by living in existence. .

As individual consciousness, as cells in this great body of humanity, we have the chance to light up the Perfect Body through our true, right and good actions. According to Barry Long it is the Perfect Body in which we have our consciousness. That consciousness determines our birth as we move from deep within the psyche into existence as individual bodies, where we pick up some of the emotion left behind by others at death. We all have the potential to throw off our emotional fate and realise that we are life.
