FileSculptor is licensed per named user or named server hardware. A named user license allows an user to install and use the Software in one or more computers/virtual machines under his control.

A named server hardware license allows multiple users to run the Software on a server or execution of scheduled tasks. This license applies even to application servers like Citrix. Multiple virtual servers running on a server hardware have a license to use the Software under the server hardware's license.
