Maven is a customizable, interactive enterprise dashboard that greatly reduces the time to resolution of any Microsoft Windows related issue. All data required by your organizations' support analysts is centralized in one console. In distributed Windows environments this data may be stored on a server; for example, in Microsoft's Active Directory, or in an enterprise SQL database such as SCCM or SMS, or perhaps a custom SQL database, or perhaps in an alternate ODBC data source. The data may also be on a local computer; for example an Access database, or it may be stored in a computer's registry, or it may come from Windows Management Instrumentation. Maven utilizes all of these technologies and presents them in filterable data grids. Each data grid can have its own custom context menus that utilize the actual values from the cells and can then pass this data as a parameter to another query, external executable or script. Maven can also be used for reporting on computer use, software use, delivery status or any other defined query. Maven comes with a customized personal support tree that allows analysts to quickly recall issues they have worked on in the past. Maven also includes a filterable status history log that serves as a way to audit support actions performed by the analyst.
