With cloud computing maturing beyond the initial hype phase and as more and more organizations embrace cloud for their infrastructure and platform needs; CIOs are wondering how they can take advantage of the cloud without disruption. This short report, targeted towards enterprise CIOs, highlights how cloud federation can address some of their concerns and briefly discusses different options for realizing cloud federation.
