Ancient Iraq is a simulation of the Ancient Near East and the states and peoples that comprised it. You may choose who to control or you may let the game play itself. In both cases it will follow a timeline of historical events occuring between 1473BC down to 500BC.

Incorporated within the game are many features and practices associated with these ancient kingdoms such as forced deportations, state supported trade and unremitting rebellions and decimations of subject peoples.

The simulation is played in turns of 1 year. You will be surprised how fast time passes as the challenges of building and holding together an empire confound the best of players.
